Health and Safety

Booking and Cancellation Policy

Booking: Clients can book services through phone, email, or our website. A booking confirmation will be provided upon scheduling the appointment.

 

Cancellation and Rescheduling:

We understand plans may change. Clients can cancel or reschedule appointments up to 24 hours before the scheduled service time without any fee. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled time may incur a cancellation fee.

Client Responsibility

Clients must provide access to the work area and ensure that pets and personal belongings are secured before service begins.

 

Data Usage

 

We use the information collected solely for service-related purposes such as communication, scheduling, invoicing, and customer support. JPServices does not sell, rent, or share personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.Liability and Insurance

 

Damage Liability: JPServices takes great care to avoid damaging your property. However, we are not liable for pre-existing conditions or damage resulting from prior neglect. We advise clients to remove any fragile items from the work area.

 

Insurance Coverage: We carry comprehensive public liability insurance to cover any accidental damage or injury during our services. Proof of insurance is available upon request.

Claims: Claims for damages must be reported within 48 hours of service completion. We will investigate and, if needed, provide compensation or corrective measures.

 

Late Payment

 

PolicyPayment Terms: Invoices are due within 14 days from the date of issue. Late Payment Fee: A £25 late fee applies if payment is not received within 14 days after the due date.

 

Interest Charges: Overdue invoices incur interest at 8% plus the Bank of England base rate, calculated daily.

 

Debt Recovery Fees:

  • £40 for debts up to £999

  • £70 for debts between £1,000 and £9,999

  • £100 for debts of £10,000 or more

These charges are in line with the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998, which allows businesses to claim statutory interest and fixed compensation for debt recovery costs.

 

Customer Satisfaction

 

Ensuring customer satisfaction is our primary goal. If you are not satisfied with our service, please contact us within 48 hours of the service date. We will address your concerns and work to resolve any issues promptly.
